how to find manufacture in China (baby textiles)

Hi Everyone,
I need your help please...........

I came up with a textile baby product. I have only drawings of it as of right now.

How do I find a manufacturer in China who would sew relatively small batches of this procuct?
Is it a usual practice to have that factory do the packaging as well?

I found a web site called alibaba I'm looking over there now but...

I need some help 101 just so that I know where to start
I would appreciate any advice and thank you for your time
