Winter Treatments For Kitchen

We are about to remodel the kitchen, and we are looking for a recommendation for a window treatment that will withstand a lot of dust/ food particles that you would not ordinarily accumulate in other rooms.

Does anyone have any suggestions of a manufacturer and style?
