vinyl flooring over cement floor

I want to buy some cheap remnant vinyl to put over my cement basement floor where my laundry room is....I have found the 6'by 9' vinyl but I dont know what i need to use for and adhesive to put it over the current cement floor.
Anyone who can help I would appreciate it.

Any good home store should sell an adhesive made for vinyl flooring. You must scrape the concrete and remove every single little pimple sticking up or it will show big time through the vinyl. If there are any dips in the floor it can be floated with self leveling concrete or thinset.
