Best basement constrction material

I am remodeling my basement-tearing out everything down to the studs. I have a concrete floor. What is the best material to use for the floor and the walls? I dont have any moisture problems but I am concerned that if there is a bad storm like a hurricane that I wont have to rip everything out and start over again if I get a couple of inches of water in my basement. In other words what is the most moisture resistant materials I can use that still look good? Thanks for any tips.

Moisture resistent is not water proof. If you get several inches of water in your basement there is no getting around ripping out insulation, baseboard, and wall material. Set you base plate with pressure treated lumber glued and nailed to the floor. Install paperless drywall and do not insulate the bottom 2' of the wall cavity.
