Shower tile on wall and floor

Here is a pretty simple question. First of all I would like to thank everyone that has answered some of of previous questions about my bathroom remodel.

I plan on tiling the walls as well as the floor. So which comes first? I was thinking of doing the walls first. That way I was not walking all over the freshly (not immediately, I would let the tile set, probably a week) tiled floor while I did the walls. Same question for the shower, do I put in the bottom (mortar, liner, tile..) and then the walls? I thought the opposite for the shower floor since I don't know exactly how high the mortar will come up the wall.

Thanks in advance

Will your walls have a baseboard at the floor, if so it doesn't really matter much. I do walls first but that's just me.

No baseboards, does it matter if I "don't" have the baseboards?

Its up to you and the look you want to achieve. If no baseboards then do the floors first so you bottom grout line will be slightly on the wall and not on the floor.
