Vinyl flooring

I plan to put new vinyl (linoleum) flooring in my kitchen. the currently flooring is vinyl and very level. Is it okay to have the new lino installed over top of the old?

This should be OK to do. Are you pretty sure there isn't already 2 or 3 floors already down?
