Removing Fake Brick

Is there an easy way to remove fake brick from the kitchen area, because we're remodeling the kitchen.

How fake is the fake brick.
Some come in 4X8 sheets and are nailed in place.
If this is the case just pull the nails.
If it glued pill it off and through away

There is no easy way. Hammer and chisel worked for me.
