frameless shower door seals

frameless shower door seals

We have a frameless shower. The plastic seals (sweep on bottom of door and u channel on side fixed panel) need to be replaced. It does not seem to be easy to remove the old ones before even trying to replace with new ones. Any suggestions for removal and then replacement?
