downsizing household

I have many good belongings and live in a single family home in a Maryland suburb near Potomac. Now would like to severely downsize to bare necessities.

Does anyone know of a reputable Organizer with references in this area they could recommend? I would prefer someone that you have actually used for this specific task of downsizing the household of a couple aged 70 & 60 years with a 40 year old household collection.
