Installing Kitchen Cabinets

I noticed that i can see the silver and black screws in the back of my white kitchen cabinets which is very unsightly. Should i be able to see them? Is this standard? The company said it is because the cabinets are framelees. I just know that it makes the $4000 cabinets look cheap.

your advice??

The screws that hold them to the walls? They should have covers over, mine did at least!

They are definatley jerking you around! You can go to a diy store and buy them cheaply, but I would really complain to the company who sold you the kitchen! That is shocking!

You can get white "caps" with adhesive backs fairly cheap. I would look at depot or lowes, of they don't have them try a woodworkers store. Typically they are not installed by the installers. Once you get your items in the cabinets you won't even see the screws, but if it bothers you, use the caps.
Good Luck !

I was a cabinet installer, use a screw cup to cover those screws, may be the installer forgot to put screw cup
