Infloor Heating and Best Boiler Choice

We are looking at getting a boiler to heat our basement infloor heat, and 2nd floor ensuite and partial kitchen on main floor. Our basement size is 800 s/ft. With so many boiler options, and the cost quoted of 10k, how can I get a good boiler and where. Is this a fair price, and what is the best high efficient boiler or mid range? Our furnaces are high efficiency.
