How to bid on painting the interior of a house



I've been asked to primer,paint,and stain and varnish the interior walls and trim of a new
constructed house.It is 5300 sq.feet.How much should I charge.I live in Eastern Ky.

I don't know about the possible prices in Eastern Kentucky. But, one of the things that I do, is that I am a house painter.

If you are going to be putting on a primer coat of paint, then you will be wanting to charge more than if you will be just putting on the usual two coats of paint.
