    Hardwood floors
Hardwood floors in the kitchen and bathroom are five years old. They recently started creaking in places when you walk on them. How do you stop the noise?

The creaking is movement and shrinkage. Increase the humidity will help. Can you reach the underside of these floors> If not you can drill a pilot hole and add a finishing nail that is set and covered with wood dough.
