Hanging mini blinds on replacement windows

Can mini blinds be hung on vinyl replacement windows or will that ruin them? I really don't want to hand them on the moulding, but will if that is the only option to keep the windows intact.

Thanks!

You can hang them on the vinyl but if you later remove/replacee the holes will be more difficult to hide. Pre-drill the mounting holes with a small drill bit before you screw into vinyl. If you move them later just scrap the hole to remove burrs and patch with white caulk.

Does The Replacement Widowns Have Wood Jambs Or Is This All Vinyl Inside Except For The Casing.
If It Is All Vinyl Just Measure Inside To Inside Of The Jamb. This Want Damage The Window,
