    Engineered granite counter top removal
Hello, I have been told that upon removal of a defective engineered granite counter top to expect damage to my new custom cabinets. The heavy counter top has approximately 1 inch overhang all around with an ogee edge. I would even need to sign a disclaimer acknowleding this. The prybar would contribute to the damage. Can someone help me as to explain what other damages to expect. I was also told that the tiled wall may get some damage as well. I am getting some quotes together to analyze costs. The manufacturing company is at fault for the defect. I am trying to get incidental / consequential damage estimate for my new cabinet. I already told them I am not going to settle for damaged cabinets therefore I want to start with new cabinet as they install a new non defective counter top. Please help with any input possible. Thanks
