Does henry's 430 adhesive ever dry?
If there is more adhesive on the floor than recommended and the installer used a 1/4" trowel, will the adhesive dry or does it stay live?

Sounds like your installer used the wrong trowel for sure. This should be on his dime to fix. This stuff will dry and has a 24 hr. work time. However, using such a large trowel was clearly an installation error. W.W. Henry Flooring Adhesives - Product Listing

Not only did he use too large a trowel, but to cover 1600 sq ft, he used 10-4 gal boxes, each box should cover 1200 sq ft. I have a huge mess. He finger broke tile to fit around pipes and steps instead of an exacto knife to cut it, then poured the glue water down my sump pump. I need to find a lawyer to take the case. Thanks for your quick response.

Tile adhesive will not dry [ 1 Answers ]

Have installed 12x24 inch porcelain tiles in our kitchen on top of old tiles. Used a premixed tile adhesive (which a friend used in his kitchen on top of old tile with no problem). After 5 days it has not dried fully (only dried in a few spots). Will it dry eventually or do I have to start over?
