Decorative bathtub doors

Asked Jan 7, 2011, 06:33 PM — 2 Answers
I had bypass doors installed in my bathtub today but I think the installer installed them backwards. They have a pattern I think they call them raindrops. But he installed the raindrops on the inside and the clear coated side on the outside. Which side are they suppose to ? Any advice would be helpful.

The smooth side of glass should be to inside of tub.
To accomplish this, reverse to rollers on top of door.

The design is for the outside to add beauty to room.

Hi Jillyfeds...

Chuck nailed it. Call the guy back and have him reverse the doors. Smooth side in for easy cleaning and patterned side out for aesthetics...just as you thought!

Good observing!
