    They make a spray gun to texture the walls , the texture is based on how thick the mixture and how heavy you spray it on . You can purchase this from Home Depot.

    Thin out joint compound
    Roll on with 1" nap two directions
    Stomp with good stipple brush
    Knock down with finishing squeegee
    Get r done
