cabinet hinge locator

I have this picture of 1/2 of a hinge that I have and would like to locate.
The upper half is just like a hinge I need and the bottom half of the hinge I need is the same, not like the picture.
the hinge I need has the disks that insert into dadoes in the frame and the door.

If this is unclear I will try to explain better.

(gee, I hope the picture is here)

If you know the cabinet manufacturer, try them first.

Cabinet hinges are one of those things that are not standardized at all. There are scadzillions of varying designs for them. About all you can do is root through what's at HomeDepot, Lowes, Sears, etc...then hunt the web.

I'm sorry to predict that it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.
