    No insurance while driving had a accident
    The person in the other car did not get hurt and I have no idea if her car did but I think she was able to drive off , what will happen to me

    Did you get a ticket from the police ?

    That is the first and main issue ?

    If the accident was your fault, you just pay for her damages, and nothing happens, if no police was called.
    If you can not write a check for her damages, then you get sued, it may get reported to the sate.

    If reported to the state, or if police called, you may lose your license until you pay for the damages, or have a payment plan in place

    You say she didn't get hurt, but you then say you don't know if her car was damaged and you aren't sure if she was able to drive it.
    YIKES. Did you leave the scene? When?
    Two things, depending on the state her car is registered in:
    1. She may be required to have insurance for uninsured motorists. My state does.
    2. She can sue you outside of insurance coverage.
