painted into a corner

Could anyone advise me on a type of commercial paint(?) or floor covering for a new concrete floor that is unused. I believe that it may have had a curing compound or sealer added to the concrete when it was poured. I am led to believe that what I need would be a film forming epoxy of sorts. But I am not familiar with this. A little help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

the other Pete
