Lifting Cam

Have a camshaft with a diameter of 1.375". Height of cam lob on the camshaft is .500". Camshaft has 1,000 ft lbs. of torque. Without getting into bearing design, oil, etc. What would be an about lifting force if I had a roller bearing in a guide that would ride up and down on the cam shaft as the camshaft goes around and around?
