| What is the right number to call to report immigration fraud?
I know a woman who petition someone( a child) and declare that she is petitioning her child which is result of the rape that happened to her few years ago, in order for her to help her nephew come to the United States.
She was never been rape. She did not declare that she have a daughter in her first application to the immigration. She wrote the letter to immigration after she got her citizenship and make a drama so immigration will approve the petetion. The child is the daughter of her older brother. What she did is a federal fraud and her mom help her to execute a late registration of birth certificate from there country declaring she is the mom.
How to report this kind of incident. She is also encouraging everybody to do the same. She is very proud of what she did and I just hope the law will give her a lesson so others will not follow her steps.
