hello dear all.

I was in usa for six months on J1 Visa. I came back from US on 3rd september 2007.
I Want ot go back to US Aon J1 Vis afor one year as research associate.

On my earlier vis aI was subjected to two years rule. so I have not completed tow years .Can I have another J1 Visa.

What other conditions are required for postdoc or research associate postion.I have an offer from my professor . but i need some info about getting the visa.

If you haven't finished the 2 years term, the only choice is to obtain J-1 waiver. In this case, you need to have your previous sponsor issued a letter stating that you are released from the contract agreement.
