My process is pending at Lisbon since 2003. No letter has come from me accept one letter informing me of the Process No. Frantic calls made by me to the Goan Consulate yields no affirmative results.

One Lawyer I consulted says the process has been stayed awaiting official notification from Portugal. After receipt of official notification, the process will start.

Can anyone tell me whether the official notification from Portugal has been commenced or not?
