And for the airplane ticket, you can pay for it in the US and make it a prepaid ticket, no need to send any money, they just show passport at airport, but of course the fraud goes on, that they have to pay someone off, or they are detained at the airport for not having enough money to leave and so on. Often men send 1000's of dollars before they either run out of money or figure they are never comming.
