out of a marrige

[F]what would happened to me if i did not want to be in a marriage any more, but my husband is not a citizen in the u.s. yet we have not went to the two year interview so if do not attend the interview what happends to me??????

To avoid the Immigration Services is not your best option here. Go to the interview and be honest. If you continue to try and dodge this interview, you can be in contempt of their policies. Fined, perhaps even charged. Immigration will surely think you are hiding something, which you are, when you do not show up to the interview and make no efforts to comply with their regulations.
