20000 special H1b quota (urgent)

20000 special H1b quota (urgent)

Does anyone know if the special 20,000 H1b quota for 2006 has been full?? I have to leave this country in May, 06 if I cannot change my F1 status to H1b. I have MS degree. Please let me know if there is any hope.
