Dear AskMeHelpDesk,

I'm new to this site, with so many hopes I'm writing this, please help me out with your valuable information.

Presently I'm working on L2 with EAD and both my husband and myself have applied for H1 visas, but unfortunately I couldn't get and my husband only got it. My current employer got satisfied with my work and offered a full-time opportunity.

My Doubts:

1. can I work full time on L2 with EAD. ?
2. should L1 convert to H1 immediately after he gets H1 i.e. till October?
3. can we make H1 into void till the time we wish to convert it to again. (nearly for an year)
4. if my husband has to turn to H1, from this time if I try, is there a chance for L2 with EAD to become L1 (for any company) or to get a business visa or any other kind of visa so that I still can continue working ?


I will be very grateful to you if you could help me out with my doubts, as I'm desperately in need of continuing doing a job at any cost due to my personal reasons.
