Multiple Entry Student Visa-

Hi,
I have a question about multiple entry student visa.
My case is like this:
I am on student visa. I came to USA on student visa to do masters in engineering. I finished my masters. Then I got Optional Practical Training.
Meanwhile, I applied for H-1 visa which got rejected.
I want to study again so I got admission in MBA program. I am again on student visa. I want to go to India. Do i have to get the visa stamp on my new I-20 before I go to India from Canada?
Please, help me on this.

Thank you already,
kris
