I moved to another company under my old H1-B visa

I have H1-B visa. I moved to another company and I started working with them the last week and they know that I am iunder my H1-b Visa ,I don;t know what to do, if I am in legal status or not, and what I have to do to get everything legal.(Keep in mind my new company is with the same field, Civil Engineering).
