marrying a US citizen

is there a requirement in marrying a u.s citizen? were planning to marry outside the u.s is there a requirements for my fiance to marry me here at the philippines?

Fr_Chuck Christianity Expert Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: Atlanta GA Posts: 23,619	Not to marry, but she will have to get a visa to come back to the US with you, getting married does not get her a free pass back to the US, My friend who is an attorney has worked for over 4 years to get his wife citizenship. My other friend had to have his wife go back home when her visa expired, and is still trying to get her back to the US
