married an illegal
i got married in 2001 my wife was inllegal previously married and divorce for the papers then we met and got married now i just finish putting her citizenship paper in and she file a restraining order against me .i think she got me for the papers . What can i do should i call immigration to report her?

Yes, the application will be withdrawn or if she already has the green card it could be taken away if you divorce.

can i void my marriage? if that is the case.

her brothers are also inllegal they may be involved in this how can i report them?

I dont know the difference between voiding a marrage and a divorce, but all i know is that upon divorce from the sponsor the application cant move forward.

You can report them all by calling Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) 1-866-347-2423 but i have no idea what they might do or if they will even investigate them.
