Marriage law between a Turkish citizen and Greek citizen

to whom it may concern
ı would like to find out if a Turkish citizen gets married in Greece with a Greek citizen does the Turkish citizen has to wait and remain in Greece untill her residant permit arrives?
Doesn't she aloud to travel abroad before the resident permit document arrives?.
How long does it take to the Turkish citizen to take the RESİDANT PERMİT of GREEk REPUBLİC when she applies right after she gets married?
İncase of family emergency if she has to travel back to her country (turkey)before she gets the RESİDANT PERMİT what happens ? does She loose her rights and can she reenter Greece again after finished her business abroad several months later?
how long after she gets married she has to apply for the RESİDANT PERMİT to the immigration office?
what if the couple arranged a honeymoon out of Greece cant she leave the country or if she leaves cant she reenter Greece?
