i came to the us in 95 i was 17 years at that time they grant me a permanent residence at the airport my mom was us citizen naturalize before i came can i apply for the us citizenship

What kind of visa did you have when you first entered US?
Did your mom file a petition for you?
Are you currently hold a 10 years greencard?

i don't really know but i receive a 10 greed card in i am still holding that 10 year green card

Holding a 10 yrs greencard for 5 years, you are eligible to apply for naturalization if you stayed in US at least 30 months during the last 5 years. If you have criminal record, even small issue, it's best to consult immigration attorney before you apply.
