L1 Stamping with already having valid H1B

Hello,

I have queries regarding H1B and L1 visa. I have my H1B visa stamped with me and I have yet not traveled to US. In the meantime my current Employer in India is willing to file my L1A visa and has started the process for it. My L1A visa has been approved by USCIS and now I am due for visa stamping for L1 in New Delhi Consulate.
I have queries regarding my visa stamping.

1. Will my H1B visa be cancelled by US consulate if they stamp my L1?
2. Will my H1B visa be cancelled by US consulate if they refuse my L1?
3. If they will not cancel my H1 and also stamps L1, Do i have a choice to join any in US before flying out there?
4. Will the port of Entry where I will get my I94 is the place where one of the visa be cancelled if I have both?
