Hi ,

I just have a quick question. Roughly three years ago I came to America , Boston for the summer. I had too much to drink at a party and started swimming across a lake when I got to the other side I tried to drive a speedboat back which belonged to someone else. I got arrested but instead of going to court I returned to my home country. If I wanted to visit South America would I be arrested on entering the country.
