J-1 visa taxes

Hi there,
I am on the J-1 visa program...work and travel program in USA. I am from Slovakia. I want to ask you about the taxes social security, medicare and unemployment. Do I have to pay for it or not? I got my paycheck and they deducted all these taxes. I know that I have to pay for Federal and state taxes, but i am not sure about the medicare, social security and unemployment taxes. Could you please response me as soon as possible?
Thank you
