Hi, I have a complicated question on my status, I am currently on F-1 and I have registered for summer internship. I am also applying for my H-1B right now on April 1st, but then I find out that SEVIS was mistakenly recorded my current status as H-3 which will take some time to fix this problem. My question is, if the status for this wrong H-3 has been corrected, and my application for H-1 approved in the middle of my internship, will my internship still be valid? Is that legal for me to keep working on that internship job( by the end of semester) with my H-1 has been approved which will not be effective until Oc 1st?
