I am going out to the border of Sandiego CA well Iam going to Tijuana and I woul like to know how can Itake out and bring back my granddoughter with me

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone elses. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

I gather you are a citizen and what to bring your granddaughter from Mexico (she is a mexican citizen) back to the states to live? If so you need to contact INS about her being allowed to immigrate. If you are just bringin her for a visit, I believe she just needs to obtain a travel visa.
