I need some help with my situation I was deported 2 times from usa once for over stay and the second for trying to re enter with someone elses id they gave me a lifetime bar. I want to apply for an inadmissability waiver but want an opinon as to what my real chances are when I tryed to re enter It was because my ex boyfriend who was arrested 2 times for domestic violence on me had threated the life of my mother if I did not return to him in California and I took his threat very seriously I wasn't in my right state of mind I guess u could say I want to show uscis proof of abuse from police reports arrests my shelter stay victim compensation papers. Do you think those will help me I want to go to america to visit my childrens family and attend school I am currently finishing college from police foundations course in my home country canada. Any advice

If you were deported 2 times I sincerely don't think they are going to allow you in the country. A lifetime bar means just that. Coming back a 3rd time will more than likely result in your incarceration. Using someone elses ID was not a smart idea either. You should know better taking police courses. Surprised you would even ask this question. Have the kids family visit you over in Canada instead. If this is your only reason for wanting to come to the US, then they should come to you. Sorry, I think there is more to this story that you have conveniently left out. No one gets a lifetime bar if they didn't earn it.

I got a lifetime bar for useing somone eleses id and yes I knew better but if someone was going to kill your mother wouldnt you want to protect her and my childrens family is very poor and in puerto rico and lastly I didnt leave anything out

If someone is threatened they call the police, report the crime, get a restraining order, sorry no, this is not a reason to break the law yourself.

I read you are studing something for the police, with the two prior immigration issues will you be able to do that also ?
