Illegally entered the United states

My sisters lover and her snuck through the Canadian border then proceeded to nevada , where she coaxed me into marrying her lesbian lover and with promises of taking care of me faked the INS interview to get approval to live here.We never had sex or even kissed and I left almost 2 years ago to an unknown location and they have moved to a unknown location in the Us as well. Can I have my sisters lover deported?

Why did she want you to marry her and not do it herself?

Short answer probably not and if you call INS (USCIS now) they will maybe deport her but also press charges against you for lying during the interview and on the paperwork.

Best to let it go... plus they are so busy they probably will never actually deport her.

if you want to confess to marriage fraud since you would have lied to immigration, and married her on false reasons, for the purpose of monetary gain ( being taken care of) sorta bad, you sould have aleast gotten sex at least once.

file for divorce and move on with your life.

In this case it is not wise to report marriage fraud to USCIS or call ICE to get her deported because you would be charged for immigration fraud, conspiracy, etc.

File for a divorce and move on with your life.
