How to get my Fiance to the US

At the moment I am with my fiance in the UK. We are planning to go back to the US and get married, but we are a little (well a LOT) confused on how to go about it. I have been to the USCIS website. It seems like I need to use either the K-1 visas for fiances and the K-3 visas for spouses. But, there again I am confused. Just wondering if anyone knows where to start or even what not to do. Anything would be appreciated.

Hi, you need to have her apply for the K1, this will allow her to enter the US for the purpose of marriage, the marriage would have to take place within 90 days though. K3 is for a spouse who has already filed immigration papers and would like to enter the US with the purpose of staying there until the papers are approved, which is not your case.

Once you are married you need to apply for her greencard. It might be best once she is in the US to talk to an immigration lawyer they can discuss step by step what to do once your married better than we can here. And in general they shouldnt charge much for a consultation like this.
