Hi I Need Help It Has Been Just Over One Year I Put Application In To Deport My Husband Out Of The Country I Went To Solicitor Sekhon And Firth I Paid Them £240 To Put This Application In. I Am Not Living With Him Since Two Years Hes Been In The Country Just Over Two Years He Is Harrasing Me Every Day I Cant Go To The Police As This Was A Arrange Marriage And He Is My Mums Nephew If I Go To The Police My Mummay Abanden Me I Have Suffered Violence In The Past From My Husband He Doesnt Have A Indefinate Stay To Remain In The Uk. Every Time I Call My Solicitor She Says We Will Just Have To Wait For The Home Office. I Mean It Is Making My Life A Miseray I Dont Want Him In The Uk Please Help Me.
