    * If you are Singaporean, then you can avail Visa on Arrival on 4 metro Ports of India ( Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bombay), and you can freely move in and out of India. So I want to ask why you want a PR for India.
    * Owning some land and house may help you for an investors Visa. Of course it is not a PR, but as good as that.
    * If your kids study and subsequently work in India, they can live on Student visa and then Work Permit, which is a comparatively easier root as many Bangladeshi students study in India and get selected in some Private Job in companies. They easily get work permit being from SAARC country. However, for ASEAN country, it is even easier. Provided the employer gives proper reason to hire your children.
    * Once your children get a job here, they can easily keep you on dependents visa.
    * With Indian citizenship, its very hard to get visa for West. With Sg Passport, you don't even need that.
    * India is vast, ill managed and contrast. Here, Singapore, New York also exists and Sudan , Nigeria also exist. It your call where you want to live in India. In my opinion, Bombay & Banglore are nice places to live in India, in terms of Law & Order, and facilities.
    * You will easily get Indian Citizenship, if you reside here for few years and then apply for it. Honest and FREE ADVICE,
Its of no use except for the pride of being a citizen of the Largest democracy of the World & Second Largest Populous country of the World.
