My Name is Juliet Jacintha Silveira, Indian Nationality, born and brought up in India, Mumbai. At present working in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for the past 12 years. My husband too is from India, Mumbai, but his parents were born and brought up in GOA.

I wish to know how to get a Portuguese Passport. My husbands parents had portuguese passports before Goa was handed over to the Indian Government. My husband's father recently passed away and his mother is still alive. I Have called for their respective birth certificates, which i have been told are the prerequisites for applying for a portuguese passport.

Can someone please explain teh process of how to go about it? - THANKS
