Seperation before Immigration Interview

Hello,
I wanted to know what my options are if my US husband refuses to come to the interview. We have a real marriage but unfortunately he is trying to hurt me by making sure that I dont get my papers. I read on line that you can still be separated and go to the interview. I am not sure what to do at this point. If anyone had a similar experience please post. I am emotionally empty and trying to get my life back together.

I think you should ask your attorny but as far as I know and I could be wrong so do not take my advise, if he does not show up for the first interview, you are out of luck.
you have to withdraw from your situation.
