spouse visa

hi first of all take my regards.i m a student in uk.i want to apply for a spouse visa for my wife.i have few things that i need to know.

no 1 is :- i have student visa until 30/04/2008.is there any such rules that i have to apply for the visa before six months of my visa expiration.if thats right thin applying within this month will be ok?

no 2 is:- can one of my uncle(fathers cousin brother)living in the uk sponsor her to come in the uk
