Hello !

I have valid H1B stamped but my employer is stuck in problems and has not flown me to US yet.

I read on some forums that it is possible to get H1B transfer done within firts 30 days of arrival even without paystubs. I intend to travel to US with knowledge of my employer but then seek for a H1B transfer without any paystubs.

Can someone confirm whether this is possible and feasible ?.
