federal tax in OPT

hi

is the federal tax that we pay while in OPT (in F1 visa visa) is the same as what we pay in H1 visa.

i hrd ppl paying 19% federal tax while on h1, but in my pay stub,i could see only 14% is deducted for my federal taxes by my employer

any helps pzl
